Sore Joints After Workout
I recently started working out after a long period of not exercising and as expected the soreness struck me the day after, but I noticed that it wasn't really my muscles that were sore, the soreness was located more toward my joints, is this normal? People always talk about muscle soreness, not joint soreness so I am wondering if I did something wrong. Whether this has always been the case with post-workout soreness I am not sure as I only just recently realized the source of the soreness.
