Green tea

I have been reading so many articles because I'm new but I had to stop and write this. You all talk about toxins in food but I get stunned by people who think fluoride is good for you because its in green tea and in our water system. It is a poison and not recommended for children under two, a poison warning is posted on your tooth paste box if you swallow it, and countries in Europe have it banned. It was originally a waste biproduct from the production of commercial fertilizers.
Seriously, fluorde can cause a lot of health problems and is found in a lot of products and produce. Fluoride gas emissions when they were first released scorched vegetaion, destroyed crops, and crippled cattle. Thank goodness for air pollution control.

I have heard that green tea is full of antioxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on the body. However, the taste is awful, I prefer black tea.
