losing the last little bit!

Hello! So, over the past 18 months, I have gone from 16 stone to 11 stone through changing my eating habits and exercising regularly, but I can't shift the last little bit! I run 3 times a week and do circuits 4 times a week, both while wearing a sweatsuit as I have found it helps me to boost my heartrate, and then I walk instead of taking the car (up to the shop, to work, into town etc). I wonder if my body has "gotten used" to the way I exercise and is "immune" to it? Anyone else experienced this? Any advice before I lose all the great weight loss motivation I have had so far?

If you been doing the same things as you were 18 months ago, yes! And since you've lost a lot of weight, you no longer need to eat as much as you did. Recalculate what you need to eat to stay in a weight loss zone and shake up the fitness routine. Run a little bit farther, a bit faster, on a different route. Completely change up the circuits - or add weight. Losing the last little bit isn't impossible, but doing and eating the same as what you were 18 months ago will make it a lot harder!
