Great book! Fascinating look at how EASY it is to rack up calories without realizing it. Countless entertaining research studies that shows what Inflences how much we eat and what is more likely to contribute to overeating (eg., people will eat significantly more M&Ms if they're different colors vs. a bowl of all the same color. And people ate a lot more 3 day old, stale popcorn at a movie when given a large bucket vs. The people given smaller buckets - when distracted we'll even eat stale, old food in large quantities!) likewise, the book offers lots of mindless ways to cut out that extra food, too!! Loved this book!

I also thought this book was a real eye-opener. Amazing research and amazing information. Since I read the book, I try and eat on small plates as often as I can.
