2 day low carb diet
Has anyone tried it? how does it work? i8'm a weight watcher, but I'm gonna try it this week

Completing my 9th month low carbing and have not gained a pound. I keep losing! (about 47 lbs and thats about a lb a week!) I am not hungry (when I eat the right foods). I think it's best to get a full blood work done with your doc and detail everything to know what foods to eliminate permenatly and foods to add to your daily diet permenantly! For me, more protein and veggies. Based on my body's status, this model works for me... Find what works for you. My best to you!

1:08am could you share what your diet entails perhaps a day of menus I am curious do you eat carbs a certain time of day only and a certain number I appreciate any insight I always toss around Idea I did 2 weeks of no carbs a few years ago and it was great it did the trick for me but it scarred me I cant do it again I get like to day 3 and fail I think low carb may work so any insight of what that lloks like for you I am interested

it's probably not a good diet! my cholestrol went up. I'm done wiyj low carb. The article i read was a few weeks ago in Woman's world It was not specfic. I didn't lose weight!
