I weigh 218 and want to weigh at 115 pounds
My goal is to reach 115 pounds from 218 because every day I go to school people alway pick on me about my weight and it hurts my feelings when they do that and I causes me to want to leave school and go to a high school in red springs

first of all im am sorry for your hardship of people picking on you that has to be hard, as far as being 115 have you checked with your dr to see what weight is ideal for you? also losing weight isn't all about the number on the scale, it needs to be about getting healthy and fit, getting hung up on a number is not a good way to reach your goals, also losing weight is a very personal experience and it needs to be done for yourself not for anyone else. stopping people from being mean is a good motivator but it has to go much deeper then that and more importantly
it has to be done in a healthy way

God Speed! Why not just take it one day at a time, 1 pound at a time! . I am so sorry! can you go to a support group? like weight Watchers or Over eaters Anonymous. Join a group on peer trainer. I guess you are a emotional eater. I know I am . It is so difficult! But you can do it!

I'd say don't aim for 115. Aim for 210. Then when you get there, aim for 200 then 190, etc. Every little bit will make you feel better and make you healthier and give you motivation to keep going.
