The concept was something we stole from one of our longtime members. It is a very useful concept to help us organize all the different content and programs that we keep coming out with. We know from our surveys that we are connecting deeply with people here.
The only thing we will warn you is that we will keep adding course material! We will keep pushing everyone here to greater and greater levels of awesomeness!!

I would love to see something fitness related next year, specifically, an app or ebook with video demonstration how to do a weighted squat - like the one described in The 4-Hour Body by Tim Ferriss. With alternatives to kettlebells.
