I will be positive no matter what the situation.

I will celebrate what I love, instead of bashing what I hate. I will always look for the positives, or at the very least keep myself busy doing the things that I love. everyday. and doing things that bring joy/happiness/smiles to myself and others. much more giving and sharing of myself this coming year. something like that.

I just want to get the exercise connection back. I want to do something every day with exercise. I know I can eat right, and do most of the time, so for me, the real impetus is exercise.

1:34 Im with you.. i eat healthy but ex has been lacking.. i did 30 min on my gazelle and now im off for at least 3 mile run/walk
I also plan on starting a blog and going back to school for a health coach certification.
staying positive.. mindset is key.. its my year to change things in my life.

I am focused on the exercise connection too. I like the phrase exercise connecction. I always feel better when I'm moving and more active and I've really fallen in a slump in 2012.
