Ideas of how to do well this week
I actually started my changes on Monday and think I did really well.
1. I increased my water intake from maybe 16 oz/day at most to 128 oz/day.
2. I decreased my caffeine from 1 pot of coffee/day to 2 cups (1 morning, 1
evening). I tried going cold-turkey but started getting headaches.
3. I've cut-out all bread, pasta, sugar, snacks, fast-food, etc. which is huge for
me as I'm a carboholic.
4. I've eaten more vegetables (mostly greens) and fruit (only blueberries and
stawberries) this week than I normally eat in a month (or more).
5. Keeping animal protein with lunch and dinner (I'm also a meat lover) but usually
grilled/roasted chicken or fish.
The only slip-up I had was this morning (ham, egg, cheese on a roll) but I'll be
back on-track with a healthy lunch and dinner.
Looking forward to starting my cleanse on the 25th.
