To eat or not eat before morning workout?
If you put that question in the google search bar, you get support on both sides. Even the experts can't agree on this question. What do you do and why?

I'm guessing they can't agree b/c people are different in what they need, what they can tolerate, etc. Take three people and you may have one who bonks unless they eat, one who gets nauseous if they eat, and one who can go either way! I can wake up and step outside and run for an hour and a half without eating anything. My husband would die if he tried that!

depends on the workout
If it is a standard 60 minutes or less morning workout, I eat after the workout.
If I am doing 90+ minutes (half marathon and beyond) I eat something before, sometimes something during - depending on the length of time and intensity, and then something after.

Eat something light and energetic before the morning workout.
You can take fresh fruits juices, protein shakes, yogurt, and raw eggs before starting the morning workout. These foods will boost your energy for the workout.
