exercise tips if you have a knee injury

hi every one, thanks for reading I just signd up like 10 minutes ago and this is my 1st post.
about 2 years ago I was in a serious accedent and did serious damage to my right leg and knee, and spent 9 months in a wheelchair an cruches. and am still suffering from mobility issues, I've gained 80lbs since my accedent (I was 200lbs I was hurt) it is long over due to get back in shape but running jogging ect are obviously an issue for me. any have any suggestions or diet tips ?
any help would be most appreciated

can you walk? you can burn fat walking, no running or jogging necessary.

can you swim?
can you do a stationary bike?
can you do yoga?

Exercise!

Nobody know well about the actual theme of the exercise so this is better to take daily exercise for the body because this thing gives good fitness of the body make it hard and powerful.
