woo hoo!

I just ran 5 miles in 50 minutes!! I don't know if that is a good time for most people, but it is for me, and it is also my longest distance ever.

Sorry if I'm bragging, One of the things that kept me going that last mile was the idea of posting my accomplishment here.

Amazing!!! I came on here this morning for motivation to get out there and run before I had to do anything today and this was the first thing I saw!!!!!! so I'm going out and I'll come back and post it too. You're so awesome!!!!!!

That's awesome! Congratulations - that's an amazing time. I'm currently about a 15 minute miler myself, and that's on the first mile!
