I stopped eating after 8pm and my body didn't like that idea

Hello everyone. I tried the whole don't eat after 8pm thing and I noticed my bowel movements weren't moving. It was like my body was holding on to that last meal and storing it... allowing me not to have a bowel movement in a couple of days. However, I found out when I eat my last meal around 9 pm no later that 10 pm I have a bowel movement in the morning like clock work.It seems as if I have the type of metabolism that I need to eat several small meals to lose weight because when I just eat three meals my weight is just at a stand still...I don't lose or gain??!??!?

Eating 3 meals a day is good, but also incorporate some snacks in between to keep your metabolism going. Maybe your bowel movements haven't been following your normal clock because it's not used to your new system of "no eating after 8PM". If you're concerned, you could also up your fibre intake.
