I am new to PEERtrainer - I would like to hear about how much weight you've lost in what amount of time doing the cheat system. I'm hoping that will help me motivate myself. I have about 35 -40 lbs to lose and desperate to do so. I appreciate any advise - like how many cheats do you have daily.

While others' successes are initially motivating - figuring out and being concrete about why you want to lose weight (i.e., going deeper/more specific than 'i want to look/feel better) might carry you along further in the long run. And for many once the decision is made and the priority is set - there's no stopping them!!
