Trading the readily bought bulk fiber for freshly ground flax seed?

I have been using the fiber that I buy on line since the day I started the peertrainer diet. I am VERY happy with the results, I lost 17 lbs sofar and still want to lose an other 10. No hunger, no low/high blood sugar spikes, no cravings, perfect.

The fiber hasn't agreed with me very well. Lots and lots of bloating and gas etc, very unpleasant. Since a few days I have stopped using that bought fiber, and am now using fresly ground flax seed, in about the same amount and that feels much much better. But is the ratio (1 TBS ground flax seed for 1 TBS store bought fiber) okay?

I really would like some feedback on that.
