Scale showing results that aren't seen.
Ok so about a couple months ago (beginning of this year) I got down to about 125 lbs (I'm 5"4 tall) and in the last two months I've gained a lot of weight....however I haven't weighed myself since gaining the weight. My stomach has gotten bigger, and my clothes still fit but they feel tighter and you can tell I've gained weight. I joined a gym a week ago and do cardio for an hour or hour and half (incorporating weights soon though) My thing is that I weighed myself like two days ago and guess what? it says I'm 125...that's sooo weird. How can I weigh 125 when I clearly gained weight, my stomach has gotten bigger and I feel 10 lbs bigger...I don't understand!? Help lol do I need a new scale?

try weighing a dumbbell to check the accuracy of the scale. also if exercising could be gaining muscle.. but i would definitely check your scale. muscle usually makes you leaner so i am betting your scale is off.. i check my scale every so often by weighing my 5 lb weight to make sure its reading right.

Are you eating a lot of foods that cause bloating? Overly processed foods? Foods with artificial sweeteners? Are you pregnant? Is your scale accurate?

Gas or bloating might be the problem with you. To confirm the changes I think you should try some other weighing machine.

Hi. First of all, weight is not everything. Don't bother that much with kilograms or pounds. You might weight the same, but look very different. Muscle tissue is heavier than fat. I suggest you read this article on
how many calories should i eat to lose weight
and see how to properly approach weight loss. Continue to workout (cardio), add weight lifting and be careful what you eat. Do not eat too much, otherwise fat will not go off.

I hear that a lot
Bloating is a big problem people have. I hear that comment a lot about scale showing lower numbers, yet the individual doesn't see any results. To help with that is to eat
fat burning foods
that are low in calories and help you feel fuller longer.
Exercise is another option I like to do if I feel bloated or fat.
