Cholesterol levels

Hi all. Just came back from the lab. I had to test my blood for cholesterol values. My measured cholesterol levels are:
3,3 mmol/l total cholesterol,
1,1 mmol/l HDL
2,2 mmol/l LDL
Is this within normal ranges? What can I do if my cholesterol levels are too high? Can cholesterol be lowered naturally? (I mean without medicines)?
Thanks for the info.

Nevermind, I found this:
Normal cholesterol levels
Cholesterol levels

Normal HDL cholesterol level is above 1,1 mmol/l (19.8 mg/dl) for men and above 1,3 mmol/l (23.4 mg/dl) for women.

Normal LDL cholesterol level is below 3 mmol/l (54 mg/dl) for men and women, and below 2 mmol/l (36 mg/dl) for patients who suffer from cardiovascular disease or diabetes.

For EU:

For US:
Normal cholesterol level is anything under 200 mg/dl.
