Making it through.
Drink lots of water!!!!! Drink one to two full glasses before you eat dinner. It will fill you up faster. If you are not cooking, stay out of the area where the food is as much as possible. Eat a big salad at home right before you leave to make you less hungry later. Pick your one dessert that you are going to have, and don't stray from that one cheat. Work out before you go. Take a walk sometime during the day. Pick someone to help be your coach and ask them to help support you throughout the day. Pick someone who can really do the job. Don't eat rolls and avoid alcohol. It makes for lots of empty unnecessary calories. Good luck. Be accountable to yourself and your goals.

I love the water idea! Mine is to diet through the new year. Not say f it, I'll lose the 10 pounds after the 1st!
