Looking for advice from more experienced weight losers!!

Hello , my name is Paul and I am new here!I really want to lose weight for both personal and health issues!
I currently weight 308 lbs or 140 kg! My height is 190 cm and I am 18 years old. You see its not the first time I am trying to lose weight as I have been overweight my whole life. I actually managed to reach 117 kg but I gained it back because of studying and lack of exercise . I feel sad because of that and I had totally given up . But as everybody knows it's difficult to be fat at this kind of age because of lots of reasons , such as relationships , looking good , doing stuff like playing football etc. I really wish to lose weight this time once and for all! I am fed up with this situation , however when it comes to eating I forget about those things. I have to lose weight and I really need help from people that have , had or understand my problem! Any advice is welcome!
P.S Sorry about my English . I may have some grammar mistakes.

Laugh a lot !!!

Hi Paul,
I wish I had a magic formula for you -- but if I did I would be a size 6...
#1 -- you are your own person, listen to everybody, try everything and adopt what works for you....
Here goes my silly list, it is yours to test, adopt and ignore..
Food --- I found the more single ingredient foods the better
Don't deny yourself anything - but have a tiny portion of poor choices
Eat greens as much a possible .. (spinach&egg is a good breakfast)
Exercise -- change it up, make it a game.... You will never continue, if it feels
like a chore. Try something new, anything !!!!
P.S. -- I keep a little list of things I have learned about myself -- it helps...

Search PeerTrainer and find a group that is the perfect fit for you.. Lean on these people,
As you can see I have no amazing advise, you know everything I have said.
The real thing is YOU HAVE TO WANT IT !!!! NOW..........

I just have to ask you what is your goal for today ????
when I put it in writing I feel so obligated to do my best...
My goal for today is a 5+ mile day--- I wear a pedometer

power of 3

exercisse 30 min.. find something you enjoy
water- 64 oz minimum
eat clean as possible- you have to define what this means to you, but minimise the processed foods.

never give up.. break things down into baby steps.. baby steps= big goals

log your food be honest. ask for accountability

take each moment as it comes.

if you make a bad choice its just that a bad choice.. own it and move on... make a u turn. doesnt mean your whole day is shot..

here is a good site
