Yesterday I did NOT feel like working out at all- sheer willpower and then, after about one minute of working out to a dvd, the frigin dvd player messes up but instead of saying screw it, I changed my workout. Hooray for me. p.s. great idea Lynn

5:28 the minus two bites made me think of a mouse and giggle.. but im sure the homeless person loved the cheese cake.

i stood my ground at work about not eating gluten.. aka pizza.. my boss bought me a salad when he bought everyone else a sub and pizza.

skipped buying egg rolls because of gluten.. its been a hard road with gluten, but now i read labels. its just not worth the pain.. i bought apples instead
