Core Rule Plan

Several of us are involved in something we call the Core Rule Plan on team Progress Not Perfection 2014. If you join the team and go to the community tab, you can read about it. Its not a diet or exercise plan, it's more of a motivational tool for those of us who have tried the "everything at once approach" and failed due to losing motivation after a couple weeks. If staying motivated for long periods has been an issue for you (as it has been for me over and over), check it out. I haven't been this excited about anything since I joined PT. I'm about 8wks into it and still feeling strong about the changes I've been making.
