How often do you post to your group?

I'm pretty new and am still getting the hang of this site. How much do people hang out here vs. in their groups/teams? Any good teams out there for a mid-20's girl just trying to improve her fitness/eating?

I like when group members make at least one comment a day, except maybe weekends. The lounge is fairly active all day, I check in here once or twice daily to see what's up.

Only one of my groups is really active in commenting, some people do a lot of journalinng in their logs, I discovered, some people don't. I was a member of one group for weeks and I thought they said nothing to each other and then I discovered it was all in the log! If your group if too silent for you, try another group, try several until you find one you like.
