Better Habits for a Better Springtime Body

Hello all.

This is an invitation to my group called Spring Cleaning 2015. It is a daily accountability group for your diet habits and fitness regimen for the next 6 weeks. I am happy to support and share in any diet and fitness methods that I know of, and I would like someone to help me keep accountable for not stuffing my face with sweets... as I so love to do.
