First stop saying you can't.. you can// mindset is everything. start with baby steps. walking even.. the gym is nothing to be intimidated with. alot of us dont like the way we look. that's why were here to change that.
log your foods.. be honest with very bite.
drink water
follow the 80/20 rule 80 % is healthy choices. 20 percent is treats in moderation
exercise- move.. any kind of movement.
join some great teams and groups here for support..
progress not perfection 2015 is amazing , very supportive, but you have to be active, jump in comment.. set small goals for yourself

another good resource i have used is beck diet solution. and another one im getting into is the power of habit..by charles dughig not sue of spelling.. but its on amazon.

Did you ever look into Over eaters Anonymous. I have just come to the realization that i am powerless over food. I just started going to meetings One day at a time I love it . Try it go to an open meeting google it they are everywhere!
