I'm putting together a short daily yoga practice that I can do anywhere without DVDS or tapes - and thought some of you experienced folks might have a series of postures to recommend. I'm most interested in flexibility, upper body and core. Thanks!

I'd at least do a sun salutation. Probably I'd do standing to forward bend to downward dog to plank to cobra to plank to downward dog to warrior to forward bend to standing.
I'd do it 4 times, and each time I'd change my front leg in warrior.
