Serious question - My Glass of Wine Depends on it!

If my calorie for my weight and normal acitivity should be 1600 (to lose weight), and I burn 150 calories working out, do I add that amount to the 1600 calories?

Or more importantly...... do I get a free 150 calories for my sweet glass of red wine?

If the 1600 calories already has you at enough of a deficit to be losing weight, then you should certainly be able to use the 150 calories you burned for a glass of wine.

yes, you would add those calories burned to the total you can consume.

But that is a small glass of wine - work out some more and have a big glass!
