I LOVE this site
I've tried to diet before and never had the accountability and therefore lacked the motivation. Since using peertrainer I've lost 11 pounds and am on my way to my goal. Last night I found myself thinking about making it to 140 lbs. (my goal) and actually feeling that it is GOING to happen, no doubts, no fears. I've never felt this positive before. Thank you to the person that started this site and gave all of us this wonderful gift!

I have only been on this site since May 30th but it certainly is amazing! I was in despair about my increasing weight and my bizarre inability to do anything about it but continue eating cookies and feeling sorry for myself. In just two weeks, I have become addicted to PT. I add my thanks to the folks who started PT!

PT keeps me honest.
It really makes me accountable for all my food and exercise choices, and makes me feel empowered. I also love that I can look back at my logs and see the progress in how I eat and my weight loss. This is the first time in my life I've been able to lose weight healthfully. Since December 9th 2005, when I really started a plan on PT, I've lost 28 lbs (and counting!). I'm at 165 now-- the healthiest 165 lbs. I've ever been.

Thanks to PT and all the wonderful people on here I've lost 20 pounds since the beginning of the year. I know I couldn't have done it without the help of everyone here. Thanks PT keep up the good work.
