What should I order for lunch?

I'm trying out a new Mexican restaurant this weekend, but I want to eat healthy. I've provided a link to the lunch menu, can anyone help me select a healthy option? I'm leaning towards the Mole Enchilada w/o sour cream.

Marisco salad sounds like the lowest in calories and fat. Even if you eat the avocado. ask dressing on the side, so your lettuce doesn't come drenched in oil.

OP here, any other suggestions aside from salad? I eat so much salad is seems during the week I don't want to have any more lettuce. ;-)

I saw this on the dinner menu, not the lunch one, but maybe you could order it... When I go out for Mexican, I order chicken fajitas, and I just eat the chicken and grilled veggies, and maybe the side of refried beans, all with a fork. No tortillas, cheese, guac, etc. And it's really yummy and not a salad! If the server seems to speak English well enough to understand me (I'm ignorant and don't speak Spanish), I'll ask her to tell the cook to not use much oil.

Ditching the tortilla or taco shell is a great way to cut out the calories. Some of those big burritos have 350+ calories in the tortilla alone. Light cheese or no cheese, and no sour cream. Lots of fresh salsa. I personally go for some guacamole because it's healthy fat, and I've already cut out about 500 calories between tortilla, cheese and sour cream. Watch out for the chips, too, it's easy to eat 3-4 servings (500 calories) without thinking about it.
