Meal planner, grocery list, nutritional info.

Here's my dilemma....

I want to eat 6 meals a day with the following nutritional ratio for each meal...
40% protein
40% carb
20% fat

I'd LOVE to have a meal planner that will generate weekly menus and grocery lists and a way to search for recipes that fall along my nutritional requirements. Also, a nice easy way to input my own recipes!

Anyone have any ideas to make my life easier?

Thanks!

www.nutritiondata.com will calculate the percentages for the recipes you enter, and it's not that hard to do. It can also suggest individual foods that are close to that breakdown.

Also, maybe try looking at books on the Zone Diet. It has a slightly different breakdown (40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat), but you'd probably be able to figure out how to tweak their recommended recipes to fit your plan.
