Working out cramps?

So what happens when you have working out cramps? Should you stop? Should you push through? I'm talking about stomach cramps. Any advice or articles?

Are you drinking a lot of water while working out or before you start? Are they actually stomach cramps or side cramps? Are you eating too soon before working out? What kind of working out are you doing and does it happen every time? If none of these things I would say if you can bare it just push through, maybe after you do some adjusting they will stop.

If it's a side cramp and you're running, when it hits, try walking (fast still) with your hands above your head. You'll look funny, but I guarantee every runner has been there! The cramp should ease up! Then you can continue the run.

an old remedy i have used often is to stop and lean over frontwards with your back arched (it's supposed to mimick laying on a rock). i used to resort to this when i got a cramp while hiking, and it worked every time! (although, i usually did actually find a rock to lay over.)

op here.... it's side cramps, and I think it is because I ate too soon before working out... I wasn't sure what to do because I didn't want to cause harm or anything you know? I'll try those tips for sure thanks all=D
