WW Core vs Flex
I don't have the $ right now to go to meetings, but I do want to know what has worked well for people. I know that Core is about a list of foods and Flex is more of a points thing. What works, and why did it work for you?

My sister has been in WW forever, she did core for awhile but switched back to points. I think there is more choice/freedom in what you eat with points. I did my own counting points last summer and liked it. I am pregnant now, so can't really diet, but after the baby I am hoping to get back to it to lose all of the weight I am gaining now. Core or Flex
I agree that Flex gives you much more freedom. If you are a natural lover of health foods, however I would suiggest Core. But if you like your occasional snacks and drinks... Flex is definetly the way to go.

core works for me but i never cooked before and you have to on core..and you also get 35 extra points and your activity points for extra foods not on the list
