I am confused over how many cals are in turkey breast!!

I thought turkey breast (no skin) was 180 cals per 3 ounces. Now I have come across this site that says it is only 115. Can someone or everyone weigh in on what is what.

It depends, on the brand, and way it was prepared IMO. If you buy it from a deli, ask the counter person to check the nutritional info on the package. Fat-free turkey breast I've bought at a deli was 40 cal per ounce (which is close to your 115), and a kettle-fried turkey breast from Costco was 60 cal per ounce, i.e. 180. Either buy something in a package or ask the deli person to check the shrink wrap of the turkey for you.

yes- depends on prep, for example - honey roasting can add a lot of calories to turkey breast
