yay for me! and berry recipe;)

So, yesterday was pretty hectic (my dog was really sick). I was really proud of myself for only haveing 2 teas of choc icecream and putting the carton back.
Today, i ate 3 teas of choc ice cream, stopped, said "wait, im actually hungry" and made a VERY yummy berry smoothie!
If you want a refreshing beverage with a bit of sweetness:

Berry smoothie:
1 bag of frozen or fresh berries ( like LOVE rasberry)
2 scoops protein mix
(would notmally add 1 cup soymilk but im on the first 2 weeks of fat flush, no dairy allowed)
and 20oz water
belnd until able to drink with a straw and serve garnished with fresh fruit (any kind)

fyi, soymilk is NOT dairy...

good for you with the ice cream limitations!! the berry smoothiesounds great-perfect for a midday snack!

I have a really bad allergy to dairy products and it is just amazing how many people don't know what dairy products are!

Sorry, i mistyped. I ment to say that i cant have daiy or soy products.
Thanks for the encouragement ;)
My protein mix is a few different proteins ;)
