Could this be?

I have just been on my plan for 2 weeks. 1st week didn't do much and 1 lb was lose 2nd week started exercising more and doing some push-ups and such lost 2 lbs. Here is the question... Could this be after 1 week of push-ups, my arms feel more muscular. I didn't do any measurements more because of fear then anything, but they really do, am I just thinking that I am doing better, if so no biggie but was wondering if it really could be true in such a short time.

absolutely. pushups are amazing if you do them consistently.

Different people build strength at different rates, plus if you already have a decent amount of muscle it doesn't take that much to build it up. Personally I feel results quickly (like from 1 session to the next) and get visible results within a month which kinda makes me a sporadic exerciser since I know it doesn't take me long to make visible progress. I try to tell myself that I could be in incredible shape if I'd just be more consistent, but it's hard when you can be in good shape with sporadic bursts of activity.

Yes, you can definitely feel a difference in your muscle tone in a week, especially when you're doing something as rigorous as lifting your entire body weight - pushups!
