need a t-shirt to explain being overweight?

Do you ever feel like you need to wear a t-shirt so people can see why you are overweight? I was never overweight until I had a baby. I am so insecure about it I want a shirt that tells the world so I don't feel like I need to tell everyone I know I am overweight and this is why.

I understand - people judge you based on your looks, and assume that if you are overweight it's because you are a couch potato and eat junk food all day.

By the same token, people assume thin people are healthy. But who knows, they may be struggling with an eating disorder or other emotional or physical trauma in their life.

cute sayings...

"the baby left some baggage" only or on the front

"in 18 years I'll be left with extra stuff in his/her room too." on the back
"in 18 years I'll get to "pack away" the leftover stuff in his room too."

might need a more concise way of saying it...

It is just like those shirts that point to the belly and say baby...

or you could have something like "3 years, 9months (of pregnancy weight and counting)..." or something

I know someone online that calls herself a human baby couch... maybe something like
"son/daugthter made me into a lay-z-boy! Soft and comfy."

I'd like one that says "Yes, I'm fat. Thanks for noticing."

Remember why you are there and the beauty your body has created - you owe no explanation! Give yourself "free" pass!
