South Beach cereal bars
Kashi TLC bars
tuna
chickpeas

having some really high quality dark chocolate in the freezer has saved me from a binge more than once

at all times in the house there should be:
bananas, frozen strawberries and mangos
romaine, spinach, tomatos, carrots
ezekiel buns and tortillas
chicken breasts, steak, eggs, and bison burgers
"Running out" of any of these is NOT an option, and will result in an immediate trip to obtain them, regardless of how many other groceries are or aren't needed.
