Describe the motivation and support you get from peertrainer.
I feel that logging and reading the comments in my team/ group keeps my mind in the weight loss mode. When I look back on my logs I see that I was consuming way too much food and not moving enough. I know what I need to do, but I need peertrainer to be more than a food diary. I don't know what I am expecting, but I feel that the teams and groups I have been apart of only have one gear. I need to step it up on all levels. So I thought it would be interesting to see what motivation other people are getting from peertrainer.

You need to start your own team and call it "Step it Up a Gear"-- the title will attract others who want to do the same.
As a general rule, if you are not finding the support you need, start a team and fill it up with the kind of people you want.

I would SO join a "stepping up" team. I have a looming goal of August 28th to lose and firm up as much as I can. Has this group/team be started??
