Awesome low-cal, high fiber & great tasting flatbreads
I was introduced to these "flatouts" http://www.flatoutbread.com/movie.html by a friend who is on a diet. At first I laughed because I assumed that anything low-carb couldn't taste good...but was I wrong. At 110 calories and 15 g of fiber these things are great! First, they are big, almost a foot long and make awesome wraps, roll-ups, pizza, garlic toast and more. They are very filling and have become one of my favorite bases for making a meal!

do they sell these at a store?

I get them at my local grocery store. The website lets you search for stores that carry them. check at your local store if you can't find them, as sometimes they are not in the bread section.

I agree, I love these things! I came across them when I was trying to add a lot more fiber to my diet. I get them at super Wal-Mart by the deli section.

15 grams of fiber!?!? Holy Cow!! I was excited when I found light wheat bread with 7 grams of fiber per two slices. This blows my bread out the window!! I'm totally checking this out!! :)

I've never tried them. Are they like tortillas or more of a mix of a tortilla and flatbread?
