PT vs exercise

some days i spend more time on PT (logging, reading, etc) than i do at the gym. doesn't that defeat the purpose of the website? does anyone else do that?

I don't, but I think ALOT of people here do...

I exercise inside in my office, and I don't exercise *until* I start logging. I look at the empty workout field and I start with my pushups, dips, crunches. So for me it is the total opposite.

for me it's the opposite too. I think you can find any excuse to skip the gym and when I'm here I see all the effort made to go and it makes me feel guilty if I don't go! I'm running my first 10k this fall!

hahaha. PT has nothing to do with the fact that I don't go to the pool to do laps. It's all me....hahahaha

It helps me that I formed a private group with someone I know through work (although not an actual coworker - that might be annoying), and I know he'll "get on my case" (in a friendly way) if I skip too many workouts. So I don't like seeing that Workout field go empty.

If I wasn't wasting workout time on PT....

... I'd be on myspace..

maybe I've just got motivational issues... which is why I'm here in the first place... hmmm...

hehe. At least this site makes me want to work out :D It's seriously helped.
