Calorie burn link

Can someone suggest a good link for how many calories are burned for specific exercises? How accurate do you think these sites are?

PS. I feel like this topic may already be covered but I didn't find anything when I searched...not sure what lingo might have returned better results. Sorry to repeat.

Fitday.com has a pretty good exercise calorie database. Here is the link:

I like calorie control's.
They have LOTS of random things you might not even think are exercise.

For example: Clearing out an illegal dumpsite.

Wha?!?

I think these calorie counters are all kind of bs, they never take into account your size, weight, body frame, fitness level, etc. The best advice I ever saw was to make sure you exercise at a "7", where you are working out hard enough that you're not quite sure you'll make it, but you will, and not too hard that you are certain you won't make it.
