Advice on filling up for lunch

I normally have a sald and soup for lunch, but find myself hungry an hour after eating (I'm always very full right after I eat). Are there any suggestions on what I should have to help me feel full longer? Thanks! In my soup, I always have some kind of beans.

How about having an apple or other fruit or veggies after lunch?

try drinking a gl glass of water before or during your meal. Always helps me, along with a piece of fruit ;)
Also, if your not already doing it, try another type of bread, like wheat, sprouted, etc ect

I have started having sandwhiches or wraps using high-fiber bread or wraps and whoa! Does that ever do the trick! A bit of protein, a bunch of veggies and lots of fiber (I know beans are supposed to be good for that, but they don't do the trick for me). Plus I have a 1/2 serving of low-fat yogurt and some high-fiber fruit like blueberries or strawberries. I think all of it together does the trick somehow. i can usually make it til 4 or so before I need a little snack to tide me over til dinner.

Protein and fiber are the two keys for staying full, for me.

Ditto the protein comment. And I'd skip on the fat free dressing and use a smaller amount made with olive oil. We need a little bit of fat and it helps make us satisfied.

I like keeping rasins at my desk- they're really filling when you eat them with water. The trick is not to eat too many of them...
