Leah Remini's custom diet? saltines?

Read that she gained 80 pounds and lost the wegith on a custom made program of the following, breakfast: yogurt with cinnamon and 4 saltine crackers, lunch and dinner, tuna and veggies. I think that's like 14 servings a week of tuna (a known mercury fish). What about the rest? any opinions? I could lose 80 pounds if I ate like an anorexic too.

Not only does that NOT sound tasty... but it also doesn't seem like something that anyone could or would want to keep up for a lifetime... and I love tuna too... but hmmm.. I could definately think of better things to eat... and I like variety!

Oy, they all live in a bubble. And I'm sure if that story were true she was not eating canned tuna, or as I like to call it "cat food".

Watch. No one can keep up a diet like that for long. While she may not balloon back up to a huge weight, her metabolism is now shot for life and even an extra 200 calories a day will put weight on her. This is a really stupid way to try to get back to hollywood thin, especially when there are healthy ways you can do it.

9:15 poster your comment was ridiculous. First of all she gained that weight during pregnancy, albeit she lost some after giving birth when all was said and done. Eating like that is not a good or healthy idea but eating like that for a period of time is not going to ruin someone's metabolism for life nor is it going to condition her body into gaining weight should she eat and extra 200 calories. Did you at all think about what you were writing before writing it or even check out your opinion or did you just put it down?

I see Leah Remini's publicist is in the house. I suggest you find out something about metabolism and weight loss before you attempt to discredit.

This is probally just rumor. Most celbs can afford to diet because theyhave food made for them that is delicious and low-cal, not just tuna.

But if this is true.... HAHAHA, that sucks for her.
