Quick fix for 40-50grams of protein

My protein intake is very low so far today, only 13grams. I'm trying to intake about 60-80 grams. I'm going out to eat tonight and I'm trying to watch the calories, but also need the protein.
I've got an allowance of 700 calories for dinner tonight, what should I order?

By the way, I'm going to the Elephant Bar, below is the link to their menu

Since they have not put the entrees' calories, that makes it tougher to guess the nutrient values.
I'd order a side salad as an appetizer, with the salad dressing on the side, so that you can add only 1 tablespoon of dressing. The salad will help you avoid the bready munchies.
Then as an entree, I'd order the Grilled Fresh Fish Platter, with sides of sautéed spinach, grilled parmesan tomato and whole sautéed mushrooms
For a drink, I'd have water with squeezed lemon, or unsweet tea.
I'm guessing that would give you keep you under 700 calories and probably give you about 40 grams of protein in the fish.

You won't have a problem getting lots of protein with a menu like that. Meat and poultry get you about 10g protein per ounce, and seafood is about 7-8g per ounce. As long as your entree contains either 6oz meat or 8oz of fish, you're golden.

Avoid "fried" and "sweet and sour", as well as the more chinese-y options...I suspect those viscous sauces are calorically evil. Things with "yaki" in the name are good choices too (Japanese for "grilled", can also mean roasted).

By the way

1/2 cup of cottage cheese is one of the best bang-for-your-buck protein sources: 14g if I recall correctly.
