How many of you actively weigh in on Monday?

I'm just looking for some encouragement. Someone to share my SLOW progress with.

I weigh myself everyday. Slow is still progress! :) I also do my measurements once a week because when I am exercising, I might not see the scales move, but that tape measure sure does!
Good luck on your journey.

I do not, but I am seriously considering it. I think it would help keep me on track.

It is a great tool in maintaining as well. Weight loss is even slower if you are very near your goal weight (like 2 pounds a month, it seems like!)

I weigh in every day, first thing in the morning. I record it on my log, which I've made public. I love it because I get some encouragement every so often!

I weigh in every day too but I "officially" track on Mondays. I lost half a pound from last week. Slow is good! It's easier to keep off when you lose it slowly.

I weigh in on Fridays so that if I overdo it over the weekend, I have 4 days to get it together. I also weight myself mid week to see how I'm doing.

I weigh-in on Sunday mornings because it keeps me "in line" during the weekends and then I start my week off knowing what I need to do to keep moving forward with my goals! And slow progress is better then no progress!
