Outstanding job interview performance

If you are really good at a job interview, you will definitely be hired but I myself always had problems with job interviews. I just get lost and stressed out. How can I fix this and is it even possible?

It is rather hard to solve this trouble. But it is possible, I think. You should just make some psychological practices.

Poor thing! Most people fail their job interviews because of stress. So, first of all, reduce your stress. Second, choose an interview strategy. I have found my favourite strategy on this website and I followed the rules properly. It helped me to be hired twice and I think that this is a good proof.
