coffee, the miracle drink!

Article in the New York Times summarizes research showing that coffee decreases the risk of Type 2 diabetes, cirrhosis, cancer, and cardiovascular disease!

And if you're opposed to all that nassssty caffeine, decaf works just as well. It's the antioxidants that do it.

WATCH OUT!

Watch out, while coffee helps with all these areas, it also requires the body to release cortisol that HOLDS onto fat stores. The more you drink -- the more fat your body holds onto.
