It seems to me that in everything related to nutrition for weight loss, weight gain or muscle building, you need to listen to the advice of specialists, people who really know, understand and can predict the long-term effect of any meal plan on human health. In other words, you need a dietitian consultation. I think I saw several such proposals on timeviewer. I believe you need to get expert opinion on how to balance your diet for proper anobiosis of your body.
