Anyone use YOURSELF! Fitness?

I use it and LOVE it. I was thinking if there were others on here that use it, maybe I'd start a group for us. :)

If you don't even know what I'm talking about go to www.yourselffitness.com and check it out. It's great.

I have it & have only used it once. I liked it so I don't know why I haven't done it again. Are you still interested it getting a group together? It could be just the motivation I need.

Looks pretty cool, but I've gotten over the "you have to spend money to lose weight." I did it for years, and I just can't do it anymore. I have a million books, weights, dvds - although I am tempted to buy it because it looks awesome! I jsut can't bring myself to spend money on something I know I DON'T need. Oh well.

I only just this wk learned about Yourself Fitness. there was an article in the local news paper about it. I went to the website to check it out... It looks pretty cool.
sadly, it's not available for Apple computers. :( so, I'll have to wait to experience it for myself.
at the same time, I'm nearing the same point as a previous poster... I've bought enough books, and dvds, and exercise equipment, I just don't think I need to buy something else. still, I'd like to see it in action.
Good luck everyone!

the activewear section of Nordstrom's had it playing last time I was in there & you may be able to check it out at a gamestop or similar store... you may be able to get it used. It's available for playstation, xbox & pc

You can get it on Ebay too! I've seen it on there for a lot less than the stores.

Yourself! Fitness

I've found that by joining a Peer group, I'm more inclined to do the Y!F workout. Come on and join with us! The camaraderie and maybe friendly competition might be the motivation y-o-u need, as well as me!
