Pineapple question!

So I decided to try to expand my eating by including more fruits and veggies, veggies are coming along fine about a week ago I decided to try pineapple, yummy. So I am looking at the cans which I don't mind, found one from Del Monte that is canned, with only fuit and its juice, good... but here is my problem it says on the can 3 1/2 servings of 1/2 cup in can... ok I can do this... but does this calorie count include the juice that it is in? I didn't drink the juice today but I could do it in the future so does the calories count the juice or just the fruit? it says 70 calories for 1/2 cup...

Try a fresh one, you'll never want canned again.... speaking from experience.... NEVER for years would I eat a fresh pinapple, but loved the canned stuff ( how crazy was that?) Now I'm adding all kinds of fruits and veggies.... Good Luck
