Big Butt! but all muscle...

I work out a lot, I do a lot for my muscles all over.

My workout tend to leave me sore weekly in the butt region and in my inner thighs. Which I tell myself is great. But when I look in the mirror all I see is big ass in the mirror! I could eat a little better, but I mainly eat really healthy.

I am wondering if it is my ass muscles getting bigger or what!

how long have you been working out, and how hard?
girls don't tend to bulk up like men do unless they strength train a LOT. if you are doing this, add more cardio to your workouts and this will keep you slim.

it is possible to have a big butt that's all muscle. the williams sisters do... their butts are big but they look awesome. so if it's really all muscle back there, it probably looks great on you too.

It's also possible to have a big hard butt that *isn't* all muscle...I've certainly found that all of my previously firm body parts (thighs, butt, arms) are now mushy and jiggly because they're not maxed out with fat anymore...kinda like letting some air out of a balloon.
